Quality assurance

We work with you to ensure all business risks are identified, providing our maximum commitment to meeting risk and compliance standards. Dedicated managers are held accountable for adhering to this process so that we achieve high-quality outputs at all times.

Our approach is based on three critical lines of defence:

  1. Control: Policies, systems and processes to manage all inherent business risks, including fraud, security, compliance and continuity.
  1. Monitor: Independent oversight to monitor policies and controls, identifying where instances are not followed and recommend improvements.
  1. Audit: Continuous (internal and external) auditing of quality processes to ensure standards and compliance are maintained.
